This variety has a slightly chalky flavor compared to the variety that has the green label, but the added protein is a benefit.

If I wait until I'm hungry to decide what to eat it takes the edge off and gives me about an extra hour or longer to figure it out.

My only gripe is the stevia is a little too sweet. I usually water it down with raw milk or raw eggs blended in.

I love this shake. Not chalky and no weird aftertaste. Has a great balance from a caloric intake as well.

I love the flavor and consistency. It's hard to get these locally and regularly so the subscription option is perfect for us.
