I take this Clean Protein Shake to work everyday with fruit and cottage cheese for lunch. It tastes so good that I actually look forward to drinking it.

Good tasting, low carb meal replacement shake. The chocolate is rich tasting, and blending it with some ice and/or a banana makes it pleasantly thick.

I need to reduce my carb intake due to a high A1C level. I use protein and carbs as an energy source while cycling. I can drink one of these before the ride, or during a long ride to boost my protein intake.

Having cancer, I lost a lot of weight as well as being on a chemo pill, my stomach limits what I can eat. So I assure myself that this is giving me some of the nutrition I am missing.
