I've been using this for years as a breakfast meal replacement, post-workout, mixed in with smoothies and as a snack. Love the taste and nutrition it provides.

This stuff is the bomb. I start my workout mornings with it and it fuels me through. I am on autoship so I don't have to worry about running out and trying to find it at the store.

I admit I was a little skeptic when ordering. I've tried many shakes most of which have a terrible aftertaste. I wanted to nondairy sugar-free version. This is the first shake that I can drink that helps me with my diet and doesn't affect my God.

I love the shakes in between meals when I would normally go for something completely unhealthy like a candy bar or a bag of chips. Super filling with a great taste.

the shake itself is good. The twist cap and box seal is bad... after you twist the cap off, a seal is broken between the plastic assembly and the box. The contents leak out between the box and the box when you drink from it.

I love this shake! I keep these in the refrigerator at all times. Nice to grab & drink on the way to exercise or play tennis. Tastes great and gives enough nutrients to sustain a workout.

I always pack one of these for the gym and enjoy it right after a tough workout. They taste great and never cause upset stomach which is a big relief.
