The texture is smooth, the taste is good and they make me believe I'm starting off my day healthy and with protein! I've been drinking them daily for about 3 years. I have on rare occasion opened one that is clumped up and not drinkable - maybe they get hot in the warehouse then go bad? But it's really rare and I just toss that one in the garbage.

It may be an organic protein shake, and good for food body, but all claims that it tastes good are false. This had such a horrible aftertaste I can't even force it down! It's the opposite of creamy. It's watered down chocolate flavor that leaves you with a medicine-like taste afterwards. Think Yoohoo mixed with a Goody powder. It's worse than Premier Protein. I'm sorry but wish I could get my money back. I had such high hopes.

Rough packaging and sprinkled with sugar. Throw in the trash.

Only buy this brand when it is on sale. Chalky taste and not as good as Premier. For the instant savings price, I stock up and save. Otherwise, probably buy Premier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the 20g Clean Protein Shake, especially in the chocolate. It is great for a tasty, quick hit of Protein when there isn't time to put together my Protein powder, yogurt, fruit and almond milk smoothie. Or, you can just grab it and go. Because I am gluten free and have so many food allergies, it is great to take along when I am going someplace that may not have anything I can eat. I would like to see it in more flavors and made with coconut sugar instead of stevia and almond milk instead of the regular milk.
