There is nothing bad to say about this product. I bought several boxes to a friend who is immune suppressed and she feels better taking one a day.

Sometimes I use it as a meal replacement , along with a piece of toast or something small. Other days I use it after my gym workout.

The taste is not too bad. Good source of protein when your rushed and no time to pick up food, this is convenient and easy!

Our family uses this for different reasons. Sometimes it's a snack, quick breakfast on the way out the door, post-workout drink, etc...

I love this alone or have been known to use it in my cereal instead of milk for the extra protein and delicious chocolaty- ness.
