These little shakes are very tasty. They are extremely handy for on the go. They have a sufficient amount of protein and a great way to start your busy day.

I like to keep this on hand for a snack. To me they are not filling enough for a meal replacement but they are definitely tasty and are good for between meals

Easy to use when I'm in a hurry as a meal replacement, without too many calories. I like that it is vegan. How about small amt. of stevia versus sugar?
