7yrs years ago going through cancer treatment, successful. Cancer center gave me pack of Ensure, awful taste and nutrition poor. Searched and found Orgain with support of the nutritionist. Began this yummy drink, with one Chocolate and one Vanilla each day. Kept me healthy in treatment and now part of my daily routine in good health. Order 3 cases of chocolate and vanilla each every month.

The smooth chocolate has a good flavor and consistency. The drink could use a little more protein but what is lacks in protein it makes up for in vitamins for those who do not take supplements. The is a good post workout drink. I would not use for a replacement meal since it does not curb an appetite I actually end up even more hungry about an hour after drinking one. They also make good frozen dessert I just freeze the whole box and cut the top off.

My first shipment was Chocolate and I have to admit, because its free of so many things (i.e. gluten free, dairy free, soy free, etc) I wasn't expecting much in terms of taste.... and I was wrong! It actually tastes pretty good and helps curb my appetite. I am currently using it as a meal replacement but easily could be used as an in-between meal snack. Give it a try!

I too have the same experience as the Doctor who thought of these products. I was told about this from a registered Dietician when I was in the hospital who highly recommended it. Glad she did - I use it with my cereal and I have no problem digesting it. For me, it's like taking my share of vitamins I need which I don't get from the other foods I'm eating.

A drink to sustain you in battle or whilst tackling the laundry, cooking meals, assisting with homework, and working 70 hours a week. This mildly chalky protein shake gets me through the days when I don’t have time to eat between work, parenting, and a taekwondo class.

I honestly was worried about the taste and texture, I've had some pretty bad experiences. But I was so wrong! It tastes great and the texture was great too! It taste like chocolate milk, yummy! It's been great for my pre-workout meal. I hate working out on an empty stomach and I've been able to take it super close to my workout with no bad affects. It's also good for a snack especially if you're in a rush.

So, Im trying to avoid dairy for gastro health reasons. But nutrition drinks have always helped me reach my calorie goal and get my vitamins in if I forget to take my pill with my meals. I tried the ensure plant based and I really liked them, mmm like drinking dark chocolate. But expensive as heck... so I order these to try because its cheaper. and it sucks. These taste like peas. it taste like Im drinking peas. Not good sweet peas. Just bitter peas. Yes its the overuse of the pea protein. it was a disappointment. :(

Didn’t like the “smooth chocolate”.

They use folic acid but are sneaky and list it as "folate equivalent." Folic acid is lab-made trash that harms everyone. Blocks real folate from getting into the brains of children and makes them less intelligent at best. Makes children Autistic in MTHFR individuals. Also linked to many autoimmune diseases in older adults. POISON!!!

I love both of these products sometimes I don't eat enough and when I realize it I will drink one of these protein shakes to give me a little boost.
