Supplemental for low protein. Good flavor and a great way to get supplements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great quick breakfast snack that I can grab everyday. Low in calorie count so I don’t use it as a replacement, but it is great as bonus.

This kept me alive while I was on a liquid only diet for a few months. Now that I can eat again I still use these to supplement my calories and vitamins. They taste good and don't contain anything I'm allergic to!

I was a disappointed this wasn’t the same flavor as my chocolate protein powder. It’s not nearly as good. The whey protein individual shakes also taste better than these, but higher calories and not vegan.
