[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the chocolate plant-based nutrition shakes. They are not super chocolate-y but have a nice flavor and are not too sweet. The texture is smooth and just thick enough to have some body and a nice mouth feel. It may just be my body, and at the risk of sharing TMI, I think they have a slight laxative effect, similar to a morning cup of coffee. For me, that's a good thing. I also don't experience the gas and bloating that I have with other brands of shakes. I am vegan so I keep an eye on my nutritional intake in order to avoid deficiencies. These shakes provide me with a healthy security blanket.

It's hard to find, I have using the orgain powder till this came along! This was recommended by my Cancer Nutritionist. I still drink it, to replace a meal. It's wonderful. This product was created by a Dr. who had cancer. Just wish I could find it in MORE places, Vanilla especially is very hard to find

After a long bike ride or a hard workout nothing satisfies me more. I've also introduced Orgain's RTD's to numerous friends as a highly effective nutritional supplement for their elderly parents and friends instead of the mass marketed protein drinks that do more harm than good. My friends thanked me.

(Yes, that's an official word.) Please never change or discontinue these shakes!

I’m not a breakfast person, but for the last 4-5 years, I’ve had an Orgain Smooth Chocolate nutritional shake almost every morning. It’s what gets me going. Also, when I crave chocolate—which happens less now that it used to—these high protein shakes do the trick and save me from eating a lot of chocolate.

I’ve had orgain shakes before and wanted to the plant based one and I do not recommend. The taste is not good. The after taste is vey bad and bitter. The bad taste never goes away. I am trying to figure out how I am going to consume all these shakes.

This greatly helped me get through that recovery while it was uncomfortable to eat. When a loved one recently started going through a serious digestive issue, I was so glad to discover that I can order the 12-pack of shakes directly from the company. Supplemental for low protein. Good flavor and a great way to get supplements.

These shakes were recommended by my Naturopath. I like both flavors and my husband likes them too. He said they taste just like a shake you would get at a restaurant. I like that they fill me up and have the extra nutrients that I need.
