This greatly helped me get through that recovery while it was uncomfortable to eat. When a loved one recently started going through a serious digestive issue, I was so glad to discover that I can order the 12-pack of shakes directly from the company. After a long bike ride or a hard workout nothing satisfies me more. I've also introduced Orgain's RTD's to numerous friends as a highly effective nutritional supplement for their elderly parents and friends instead of the mass marketed protein drinks that do more harm than good. My friends thanked me.

I bought these shakes for her and they have been helping her so much. She has been able to keep them down and they don't make her stomach hurt.

I've had orgain shakes before and wanted to the plant based one and I do not recommend. The taste is not good. The after taste is vey bad and bitter. The bad taste never goes away. I am trying to figure out how I am going to consume all these shakes.

These are a great meal replacement shake for vegans or folks with milk allergies. I had to switch when I developed a milk allergy, and yes, they are higher in sugar/carbs than their milk filled counterparts, but they do the job and taste good. Other vegan options are way more chalky and bitter, and while these can have a little bit of grit if you don't shake well enough or let it settle for too long, it's minor and the solid flavor makes up for it.
