Inflammation

Capsules are large and have an Air pocket which makes them hard to swallow.

It seems my joint pain us improved since taking the Tumeric it's helping.

Rather than raise the price I see they kept the jar the same size but lowered the amount from 180 to 150 capsules. To me this is a sneaky way of raising the price. I understand inflaction but don’t like trying to hide it.

Inflation Hidden in Count Reduction

Took me about 2 months to completely tell that my back & hip arthritis inflammation had almost completely gone away. This has changed my life for the better. They only side effect I've had is some acid reflux. But it took 10 months for that to happen. So instead of taking it before bed. I take it in the middle of the day after a meal. I love it!
