I'd say the portion is a great size. I like the lower amount of calories and that it keeps me from overeating. Sometimes I take them to eat for lunch. The taste is popcorn (lol) with more focus on salt than artificial flavors and dairy and fat. So yeah the ingredients are clean.

Skinny pop Original Popcorn when it first came out was good. They change the cover of the bag and changed the content of the popcorn to make it saltier than ever !!! I can't do it now. Too much salt content now as I am lowering my salt consumption on products.
