Good product

Years ago, I thought it was great that I found a good tasting snack (Skinny Pop), I could eat without rising my sugar and high blood pressure. I recently started looking for alternatives to skinny Pop, after breaking off a molar tooth cusp down to the root, and a filling on another molar tooth. In addition, hard pieces caused temporary tooth pain throughout my mouth. I recently tried an alternative to skinny Pop, which did not contain a lot of small hard pieces and seeds, as my bags of Skinny Pop did. The draw backs to my alternative seems to be: The salt and fat content, may not be as good for my sugar and blood pressure health, as Skinny Pop is. My wife, and I would prefer Skinny Pop, if it did not contain a lot of small hard pieces and seeds. This leads me to ask: Is the manufacturer using a process that allows small pieces of the popcorn and seeds to fall through some kind of sorting screen?
