Liked it, you need a longer ethernet cord if its accross the room; installing is pretty easy. the app is okay. Im not sure how to store the videos but ill figure it out i guess

Works very well. Perfect for my needs. Only draw back is that it may be at end of life. Doesn't seem to have any updates available even though it says there is one.

easy install, you still have to drill holes so you mize as well utilize a full wired system. But compared to a battery system it is 100% better. They need to update the phone apps.

I bought one through sams club dot com. within about the third day it quit, no longer recognized its hard drive. called sams club in san marcos texas was told one thing drove all the way there to be told something totally different, including you bought it on line go through them. so I drove all the way there for nothing. called dot com sams ( wish I could remember her name so helpful) sent me a new one before I knew it. Very Fast. I have had the second unit about three weeks now. seems to work ok. the furtherest camera has issue especially on windy day cuts completely out. it is at the edge of my wifi I guess. the infrared does work very well you can see very well in the dark, no street light no porch light, just natural ambient light. If you can use wired I would recommend it, but otherwise these are ok.

The biggest CON about this camera system are the mounts & adjustments. First of all the mounts are plastic. The angle adjustments are very poor. It's basically a few screws that screws into the plastic itself. No nut on the other side to hold it tight. Meaning if you accidentally tighten it too hard you will easily strip the plastic and you camera mount no longer hold. Picture quality doesn't look 1080p to me but does look like any other "claimed" 1080p quality there is. Keep in mind that this camera system DOES NOT RECORD SOUND. I bought it because I only need 4 cameras and mainly because it can with stand below freezing temperature.

Needs a wireless router to work. None of the Wisenet apps will work with this. I have downloaded every Wisenet app and I tried to register this product on the Wisenet web site and it keeps failing. Same goes for all the apps. I am not a happy camper considering what I paid enough for it and it sucks.

Most importantly, this system does not do two-way communication. When someone comes to the door you can see them but cannot talk to them. If I can't talk that means I have to open the door, which defeats the purpose of a security system in my home.

I bought this over a month ago and cannot get one of the outside cameras to stay connected to my wireless network. I even installed a "whole house" mesh wireless router to make sure there was a strong signal throughout the house. The camera is above the garage door outside and I moved the mvr to the second floor closer to the camera and it still loses it's signal. I would not recommend this system.

I just bought this system on 21-Sep-2019 and within a few hours I have come to the sad conclusion this system is a huge waste of money. The wifi range is HORRIBLE! I have two cameras set up about 1 FOOT from each other and one of them keeps dropping the video feed and the picture is about as far from 1080 HD as you can get. This is a junk system. I have used and installed Lorex and Night Owl systems so I have experience to pull from when dealing with home security camera systems. This system is complete junk and a waste of money. Do not buy this system. Even if you have to spend more money, but any other brand name than WiseNet.
