We bought the 6-piece King size bedroom set as a late birthday gift and luv it!!! It took about a month to receive the first four pieces of furniture due to two items being damage during shipment. Called customer service and about a month later received furniture piece number five, called customer service again, and in about two weeks received piece number six. The delivery guys were awesome. They were cautious when bring the furniture upstairs, and very attentive as to where I wanted the furniture placed. Over all we are very satisfied with our new solid and beautiful bedroom set.

Purchased 6 piece Queen, arrived today...wow! Craftmanship and aesthetics are superb, heavy, solid furniture with beautiful accents. The white glove delivery was awesome, I know several people here unfortunately received damaged items but mine were all in perfect condition. The pictures don't do it justice. If you like this style you are not going to find a better set at this price, trust me I looked!

Do not purchase this furniture. I ordered 2 nightstands, 1 dresser and 1 chest at a cost of almost $2,000. Only 1 nightstand arrived undamaged. The drawers were not aligned and corners splintered and squashed and even a crack on the front of one item. These had clearly been damaged during transit as the boxes were pretty beat up. When I contacted Sam's for a replacement (these items were and are still showing as available for purchase) I was told they would only be able to offer a full refund for me. This was a shame as the furniture was just what I was looking for. I received very poor customer service, and it took 4 weeks for the items to be collected and a further 7 days for them to acknowledge receipt and now a further 7-10 days for a full refund to be issued. The delay in collection of these items was no fault of mine and was purely down to the mishandling by Sam's customer service department. I had to chase them for updates several times and they never got back to me when they said they would. When I first called Sam's to report the damaged items, I was told to call back the next day as their system was down - I have been left very frustrated and inconvenienced by the whole experience. I thought Sam's were better than this.

I really LOVE this set. I believe we got a bonus...I saw no where anything about mood lighting under the nightstands, however, we received LED lights under each that are activated by touch on the top back. What an awesome feature. There are a few items to mention tho. Each piece has hidden, felt lined drawers but 2 of ours are a bit off and the main drawers have to be pushed a bit harder to close. We will try to adjust the hidden drawers. As another mentions, there are spots where there is missing staining. The "distressed" lines are white in some places. I will buy a stain pen to take care of those, as they're on the top and front of some pieces and pretty noticeable. The pics clearly show "brown" but the description states "grey." I wanted brown and, thankfully, that's what we received. I wouldn't count on brown or grey based on other comments. I am very picky and these issues may have deterred me into wanting to return this set, however, the extras are well worth the issues. I also got this when it was on sale, so another bonus! Very pleased.

This 6-piece furniture set is of excellent quality & I am very impressed with the distressed accent work. The night stands come with a light built into the bottom that is activated by a hand touch sensor on the back of the night stand which is handy for creating a illuminated walking area at night. Each night stand & dresser have a hidden drawer which is really convenient. For the king bed, I have a 9" piece together box spring which raises the top of 14" mattress just above the foot-board by a couple of inches and is the perfect height.
