so far happy with my purchase. price was selling point. bed arrival was slightly longer than expected but reasonable. bed frame assembled very easily without tools.. mattress is firm.. a slight bit more firm than I am used to, and it took some time to get used to but I also slept on a older worn mattress before this..overall very happy and WILL buy more to replace other beds in my older home

OMG!!! I love my Zinus 18" full bed frame. What a difference the height of this frame makes with me getting a good nights sleep. It doesn't make any noise at all, and the extra height makes great storage under the bed. It was very easy to put together by myself. Zinus website has the best prices for this item. I love this bed. I was indeed amazed how a king bed and frame hit into such a small box compared to the size of the bed. Mattress didn't even seem like it took long at all to reach its full size. Firm, but also like a marshmallow. The most perfect combination ever. Literally so happy I ordered this bed. My husband wanted a purple, but the quality of this bed along with price was too great to pass up.

I started researching memory foam mattresses, because I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness that causes global pain issues, and finding a comfortable position to sleep in had become impossible. My computer is smarter than me, noticed I was doing a lot of memory foam mattress searches, and threw me a Zinus ad when I was reading Yahoo. Thank you computer! I ordered the 18" steel bed frame - easy to set up, and the perfect height for storage underneath. The frame arrived on a Friday, and the shipment was marked online as "delivered"... but no mattress! A quick call to the shipper (Can't remember if it was FedEx or UPS) confirmed that the frame & mattress shipped separately, and the mattress was on its way. My mattress is a 14" cool gel memory foam (full size). Setting it up was a challenge (I live alone 75% of the time, so no one to help), but I gotta say watching the mattress decompress was one of the funniest/most entertaining things I've seen in a while. I wish someone had been with me to take a video! It started expanding the second I cut into the vacuum-sealed plastic, and was almost completely expanded by the time I finished cutting the plastic off. It went from pancake to POOF! in less than 10 minutes! It's also very comfortable to sleep on. When I lay down I can initially feel all of the pain points (neck, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees), but after a minute or two my brain goes "ohhhh... this is what support feels like" and I can relax enough to sleep. I'm already budgeting to replace the mattresses in the rest of the house with Zinus!

I purchased the 18 inch premium smartbase deluxe platform mattress foundation. I have been sleeping on it for about a week now and absolutely love it. It is solid and makes no noise. My storage tubs fit nicely under my bed and they are 15 inches tall. Great value!

This is my second order from Zinus (one queen and king). I'm always satisfied with my purchase from them. The frames are solid, strong, and zero noise from them. I've owned ones from Purple and Spa Sensations and both were squeaky and uneven foundations. I will only purchase my frames from Zinus. Thank you for the cute cards too!

As soon as I started sleeping on my Zinus mattress, I forgot that it was new. I also forgot that I was supposed to think about whether or not it is comfortable and meets my expectations. I forgot because the mattress is so comfortable that it became part of my life immediately, like meeting a gold friend after a period of separation. I rarely think about this mattress because I am too busy enjoying sleeping on it.

I typically like my bed to sit high especially because I have a very high window near me. I love that it doesn't squeak at all or move around. My last bed frame started squeaking after a couple of weeks. I've had it for two weeks so far and all is well! The assembling part was a bit longer than I expected. Some of the hooks were very stubborn and did not want to clip on to the bolt but after a couple of tries I got it.

The 18” premium frame is fantastic. It’s solid, silent, and super easy to set up. The extra room underneath provides tons of storage space. However, I’ve found that as there is nothing like a lip, or edge around the perimeter of the frame, my mattress slides around, and I’m having to push my mattress back into place every day. Otherwise, this was a fantastic purchase.

This base is very well made and was easy to assemble. I bought it to replace a very high end traditional box spring ( for my new mattress). I wanted to downsize, have more room under the bed and obviously wanted a quality product that met my high standards. This product is as great as all other reviewers before me stated. I'd recommend this base,( any height btw )to anyone who needs it. I don't know why anyone would buy a traditional box spring when we now have a better option! I have the 18 inch with a 14 inch mattress, it feels and looks like a Princess bed! On a side note, I use a dust ruffle for my bed and will need to get something to hold it in place because it slips around on the base, ( I had to pin it) But, it is fine for now unless and until I'll have to rotate my mattress. The mattress does not slip on the base at all btw. Great product
