Finally was able to find true Ceylon cinnamon. This is not easy to find. Another certain famous website is full of dubious Ceylon cinnamon products. This at Sam's seems to be the real deal. This kind of cinnamon has allowed me to keep my liver enzymes in check without the worry of coumarin's side effects. I had not bought it before because it came with chromium piccolinate and I was interested in pure, unadulterated Ceylon cinnamon, which this one is.
