[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no idea what Apple Cidar Vinegar is supposed to good for but I have heard it's good for you. These supplements have a nice flavor and consistency.

Have to dig them out of the bottom of the jar with a fork. They are effective and tastes great, but when I fill my daily med cases they stick to all my other pills. Members Mark are not sticky.
