I didn’t really notice any immediate results for anything but I think this is just like a lifestyle vitamin so it probably would be beneficial if used over a long period of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently taking Nature’s truth apple cider vinegar gummies and I can say they do not taste bad. I thought they would have a strong vinegar taste but they have a little hint of vinegar but they taste like apple juice to me. I have yet to notice any of the fat burning properties working but I have not yet finished the bottle.
