[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried these a few times now and haven’t noticed anything. It doesn’t say ok the packaging what they are even supposed to do for you by taking them either. They do taste pretty good just not sure what the point of the apple cider is.

I am someone who suffers from hypertension, therefore I was interested in taking apple cider vinegar supplements for some time. However I was nervous about the taste as apple cider vinegar can be a bit tart. I am here to tell you that these are really tasty! You do taste a little acv, however it’s not overwhelming. I have also noticed better digestion of my food. I also have had more energy lately. I haven’t needed a daily coffee since a few days into taking these. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

I used to drink the apple cider vinegar right from the bottle but I couldn't handle the taste or it going down. Then I found these, they are wiite tasty and being dietary I cannot eat candy so this is my perfect sweet of the day. I just started them so I haven't seen results yet but when I do, I will post them here.

But my husband bravely offered up his taste buds.. he said they’re the best apple cider vitamins he’s ever had! They don’t have the nasty taste like others do. These gummies are wonderfully soft and chewy, and don't get stuck in your teeth. They are vegan, gluten free, non-gmo and free of artificial flavors and sweeteners. They literally taste like candy to me. Now, I'm excited to get my daily dose of beneficial apple cider vinegar!

Are these supposed to help with digestion? Improve my skin? It’s unclear, and I didn’t notice any changes. For that reason, I wouldn’t spend money on these.

However, in my opinion, there is a lot of sugar in each gummy - especially considering the recommended amount is 3 gummies. Further, I’m a little dubious about the health benefits of ACV (especially considering the sugar trade off). I’ve been thinking of these as a candy and in that light, they do not disappoint.
