Also, I'm taking it for almost a month, and I'm not sure if it is helping with my health. I don't see any difference, or it's just challenging to perceive the difference with or without it.

I’m actually amazed that they were able to make apple cider vinegar taste good because apple cider vinegar is super strong and awful tasting. This tastes like a sweet toned down version of an apple cider. The texture on these gummies are a little different. It has a similar texture to healthy gummies bears, as it isn’t really chewy. This bottle doesn’t really make any health claims, so I cannot hold it to claims it doesn’t have. Overall, I didn’t feel like it made a difference to anything in my lifestyle. All I will say it that, if you want to get some apple cider vinegar into your diet, but cannot stand the taste, these are the way to go.

However, I am glad that Goli isn’t the only brand making these and I do think they’re comparable. Again, big fan of the low sugar/no gelatin or artificial flavors/colors. I do find the any apple cider vinegar gummy helps me debloat and controls appetite—it’s not that they make me not hungry, but they help me to stay feeling full from a normal amount of food which leads to less snacking. I recommend any form of apple cider vinegar gummy as it is FAR preferable to drinking it. I used to drink it before there were gummies and this is so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you hate the taste of real Apple Cider Vinegar, than these gummies are amazing. They hide the taste about 95% of the time. Occasionally you’ll get a slight aftertaste, but it goes away with a sip of a drink. I’m not exactly sure what health benefits Apple Cider Vinegar is supposed to help with, so I didn’t notice any changes or improvements taking these. But perhaps you might need more than one bottle to see results. But overall they taste great!

I really like these gummies, they taste just like sour apple candy. They are so convenient, I use Apple cider vinegar for cooking but I have a hard time tolerating it by itself. I’ve only been using them for a couple of days so we’ll see how it goes as far as results.

It's rich in antioxidants, contains enzymes, and may even have additional benefits for heart and metabolic function. The catch? Well, drinking it can be a bit tricky! These gummies work around that so beautifully by tasting incredible. They claim there is no vinegar aftertaste and there truly is not. Wonderful incentive to consume more ACV!

After using them for the entirety of the bottle, which was about 2.5 months, I can honestly say that there's been no change whatsoever in how I feel, or my health overall. They also claim to not have a vinegar taste or aftertaste, but they absolutely do. I think I'll stick to my shot of ACV with lemon juice. As long as I'm going to have an aftertaste, I'd rather have the real thing, which is always better anyway.

Apple cider vinegar is so gross tasting but you’d never know with these. I do wish the bottle listed the benefits of taking it because I don’t really know what it’s supposed to do for me.
