However, in my opinion, there is a lot of sugar in each gummy - especially considering the recommended amount is 3 gummies. Further, I’m a little dubious about the health benefits of ACV (especially considering the sugar trade off). I’ve been thinking of these as a candy and in that light, they do not disappoint.

They are so easy to use, once a day, easy to eat and they aren’t sticky. I am taking these for my acid reflux issues; I love to report that I have not had an instance of acid reflux since starting...hopefully this continues to help!

You can take up to three gummies daily, which is what I would do. I did not notice much of a difference while taking these gummies, but I didn’t take them for no more than a month. I would recommend them if you do not like the taste of apple cider vinegar.

We were mixing liquid apple cider vinegar in water and drinking but these made it so much easier to take on a daily basis. The texture was easy to chew and these is still a bit of a vinegar taste but not too strong. highly recommend these.

It's rich in antioxidants, contains enzymes, and may even have additional benefits for heart and metabolic function. The catch? Well, drinking it can be a bit tricky! These gummies work around that so beautifully by tasting incredible. They claim there is no vinegar aftertaste and there truly is not. Wonderful incentive to consume more ACV!

I used to drink a shot glass of ACV daily as a child but since being an adult I have stopped and never got back into it. I know the benefits of ACV are wonderful so I'm excited to get it in my body without the bad taste.

After using them for the entirety of the bottle, which was about 2.5 months, I can honestly say that there's been no change whatsoever in how I feel, or my health overall. They also claim to not have a vinegar taste or aftertaste, but they absolutely do. I think I'll stick to my shot of ACV with lemon juice. As long as I'm going to have an aftertaste, I'd rather have the real thing, which is always better anyway.

A lot of people can’t ingest apple cider vinegar so easily on its own and they don’t want to drink it mixed in something else either. Having an apple cider vinegar gummy is a great alternative for people that still want the benefits of apple cider vinegar but would would rather take a gummy. They do have a hint of a vinegar-like smell, but they taste nothing like vinegar at all. They have a slightly different texture than regular gummies, but that doesn’t bother me. I really like these and they made it really easy to incorporate into my lifestyle. The ingredients in them are not too bad either.

I love the way they make me feel and after awhile of adding them to my routine, I've noticed some great changes. Im a big believer in the benefits from apple cider vinegar. I chew 3 of these Natures Truth gummies daily after a meal and with water. They are easy to chew and swallow with their soft, gummy texture. The bottle is a nice size too and comes with 75 vegan and gluten free gummies. You get 600mg of apple cider vinegar per serving. I've tried a couple of different brands, but all of them still had that vinegar taste. These dont at all. They are absolutley delicious and taste like apple candy. I could eat them all day long. I'm happy I finally found an apple cider vinegar vitamin that is tasty and beneficial. I'm very impressed with this product.
