This was my first online order with Sam's. It was in the store at 8 am the day after I ordered it. Very impressed with the excellent service. The battery performed as advertised even though the first installer did not.

Purchased July 2025 and only used about 3 months before the boat was stored for winter. Battery was removed and stored in a heated garage. In late April I went to charge it up for the season but found it would not take a charge on either of my chargers. Returned to Sam's automotive for a replacement and after 5 hours was told the battery took a charge and was good. I used it for about 3 weeks in May. When I went to check the charge for my impending vacation in mid June it was completely dead again. Since I was not given a replacement from Sam's and needed my boat right away I was forced to buy another battery from another retailer because I didn't have time to deal with Sam's automotive Department again.

Avoid these batteries. I'm getting ready to return the second bad battery that I installed in my small boat. Both batteries just stopped excepting a charge, Returned the first one after 6 months and now the replacement has stopped working as well.

Another one of these to fail just as the warranty was up. Only 2 years of use!! Doesn't matter if light or heavy use.
