A staple in the mid Atlantic states around the Chesapeake Bay and excellent for all types of dishes from popcorn to stews and soups, milder meats like chicken or pork and especially fish and seafood. Though spicy it is not too hot but bright and zesty.

Our Sam's Club here in Wilmington, NC stopped carrying Old Bay Seasoning in their store. We were distraught. this is one of our staples of seasoning that we use when we prepare food for our small family of five. My husband and I were glad to find out that we could order it online. This is absolutely the best seasoning. If you cook any seafood or make shrimp boils this is the best. I actually used this seasoning to make my own homemade seasoning. This was my base and let me tell you it is simply amazing. It is spicy so use lightly if you dont like a lot of spice. Great purchase and came quickly. Worth the money

I have been using this seasoning for years when I steam crabs, but recently I have been having difficulty finding it in the grocery stores. Fortunately, Sam's Club came to my rescue and I was able to purchase it on line. I like that it's sold in 24 oz. containers as opposed to the 6 oz. that I usually find. I also recommend Old Bay for salads, all kinds of seafood, and vegetables for a nice combination of spicy flavors.

Old bay seasoning was introduced to me in the army while stationed in Maryland. It was used there to season steamed crabs. I don’t eat crabs but this seasoning goes on many other things like popcorn or anything else that you want this medium spicy seasoning on.
