The capsules make it so easy to take my greens! I have IBS, and I discovered years ago that this product helps keep my digestion regular. I love all the goodies they put in this.

This stuff is so good, and has great benefits, ingredients and nutrients. I crave it on days I don't have it. So good in a smoothie mixed with fruit! Texture is perfect! It is a new staple in my house! Great product, can't recommend enough!
