I really enjoy Amazing Grass, it was suggested by my trainer. It tastes super earthy. I take ... 1 scoop with 1 tbsp of lemon and 1 tbsp Apple cider (of course in a glass of water) on a empty stomach first thing in the AM.

Two years ago, my boyfriend was undergoing cancer treatment and low iron, low potassium issues. His friend researched Amazing Grass. Much improvement and two years later still a staple everyday in our smoothie. Yes he is in remission.
