I mixed it with lemonade & orange juice and they mask the taste a bit as opposed to just water. Texture is a bit chalky even with blending / frothing. But, for a greens powder, it’s not horrible. I like taking it in the morning and getting some good vitamins and minerals in! It is decently sized. I would definitely consider trying some flavors.

The meh: if you just blend it with water, it tastes a little gritty and will separate into a thick paste on the bottom. I found incorporating a little into almost a latte with oat milk was best - the heavier liquid suspended the powder and got rid of the grittiness and the settling. Overall, helpful for getting in some greens (especially while we battle numerous daycare illnesses and I don’t have much appetite)!
