[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This powder is so easy to blend into foods. I usually use it for my smoothies and it always blends in smoothly. It has a slight “green” flavor on its own that to me resembles green tea flavor but goes pretty much unnoticed when mixed into my smoothies. I wish it came with a scoop in the canister as the serving size says one scoop but I don’t know how much that is. Other than that, this has been a great product to ensure I’m getting the nutrients I need each day.

I’m glad to have found something filled with so many nutrients to add into my diet. It is that time of year wear all kinds of viruses are circulating and these greens will help keep your immune system strong. I added these to a banana smoothie and I absolutely loved the taste.

We compromised ok I did and now I add this to one of my fruit smoothies daily. Do I deficate more yes once a day at least. Do I have to eat my peas and green beans on my plate no I'm an adult. I mix it in my smoothie so I dont have to see it. But for real not sure if I will live to be 80 or more doing this but if it helps me stay off meds or having to eat them off my plate I'm going to keep doing it.

Adding it to a smoothie is definitely better but the color of it may be slightly unappetizing to some. The taste isn’t necessarily bad but I wouldn’t say it tastes good either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soooo I was not a huge fan of this. I’m sure it has great health benefits but I can not get past the gritty texture it has. It almost taste like almond milk as well. I’m sure if put in a smoothie to cover up the texture it wouldn’t be as bad.

I initially tried drinking it plain mixed with water. Big mistake. I could not even finish the glass. It’s not even super powdery or grainy textured, the taste is just not great.
