This stuff changed my gut health. Obviously with a good diet, and this has helped me feel so much better. I use to always get bloated, and this product has helped reduce that. I've been using it for 2 years now, and I have not considered buying a different brand because of the affordability. The blend is great, I use to eat it by itself, but now I mix it with my protein and drink it before I start my day. I haven't noticed me having more energy, but again, it's all about lifestyle. I certainly do sleep better so I do have better energy during the day.

However, I tried just mixing it with water to get the most benefits and I almost gagged. I had a better experience when I mixed it in my morning smoothies but always left the smoothie with a weird color(which is minimal I promise just not appetizing to mix blueberries with another color food). I went through this within a month and would highly suggest if you are lacking in the greens department.

When I first got the product I tried to drink it with only water, but It tasted horrible. Too "healthy" reading. Then I also saw you could mix it with another beverage, and that was much better. The taste is not overpowering such that I cannot blend it with other things. So now I just mix a little bit with some juice and I do feel better when I drink it. One thing I didn't realize, was the container actually comes with scoop, but the scoop isn't visible until you are nearly finished with the product. Wish it was placed at the top of the powder.
