The greens is very easy to mix with a water bottle or just stirring in a glass. I am not the best in getting my greens in, so I take this every morning that way I can start my day knowing that 2 servings of my fruits and veggies.

My partner bought a container about 2 weeks ago and made a smoothie with it, and decided to try it out myself. Let’s just say that I ended up using about 9 scoops of his before buying my own from Whole Foods yesterday. I’ve been drinking it daily in organic no-sugar added coconut water, it’s the best! I’m already thinking of new ways I can implement it in different things like mashed avocado on Dave’s Killer 21 grain and seed bread. It has a sweet, almost like matcha, earthy taste, and I actually like the subtle texture too. I am recently sober from alcohol and was having issues with energy, mood, sleep, skin, hair, bowel movements, and overall just recovering my body from prolonged heavy drinking since 2020, and this product makes me feel great!! I feel like my skin glows now, and my hair is fuller and softer. I really can see and feel a difference. I mixed in some orange juice for some extra sweetness and it was a little better. I think this would be best in all juice or in a smoothie, but it’s not terrible. I will definitely continue to use this for the health benefits and will keep trying it mixed into different drinks.
