one of the better options and good price. Not a lot of artificial ingredients like some of the other brands. I would suggest mixing in a smoothie to mask the taste because you are eating greens :)

Our family adds this green powder to smoothies and it tastes better than other green powders we've tried. The flavor change isn't strong like others and we like knowing we're getting a lot of extra nutrients.

Its does have a grassy taste but its mild. You can put it in juice and can't taste it. Haven't really taken it long enough to notice anything different with how i feel

I tried mixing this in with my smoothie. Tasted okay like that but messed up my digestive system- lots of gas and a bit of diarrhea. I had the same outcome on 2 separate occasions.

This is great tasting and helps the digestive tract! I drop a serving in my morning protein shake and the only taste difference is it adds a little sweetness. Definitely will continue to purchase!
