I started drinking this in the mornings, adding a tsp yogurt, cherry concentrate, cayenne, a couple grapes, and strawberries and a little stevia. I like to add extra fruit that I need to use. I'm convinced this cleared up sores on my face... I'm diabetic and I've tried everything to get rid of my skin condition... this did it! And my blood sugar has improved so much I have quit taking 2000 MG of metformin a day! I checked my blood in the afternoon, and it was 79!! So if you're a diabetic you might want to give it a try. For the price it's worth a try!

The greens is very easy to mix with a water bottle or just stirring in a glass. I am not the best in getting my greens in, so I take this every morning that way I can start my day knowing that 2 servings of my fruits and veggies.
