love this product! It gives me so much more energy. I add it into my protein shake in the morning and I eat clean for the rest of the day.

I tried the capsules this time. They are great for when I am in a hurry and just want to pop one with something other than a protein shake.

If you can gag this down more power to you. Its not good. Its like drinking hay and smells like it too. Gross. If this is what i have to drink to stay healthy I'll pass.
