This is my second Roku purchase. I find it really easy to use and it provides me with so many more options.

Looks like streaming is the future for TV. The Roku device is a relatively inexpensive device to make this possible on my Samsung TV. Sam's Club offers the device at a good price.

Would have liked it better if the remote control was a little more advanced. I still have to control the TV with the TV remote. Other than that I would give it five stars

Roku was great - no overheating! - but my ISP, well, it seems that the latency on my internet service is north of 110 milliseconds. That means that I can't successfully stream TV.

My Roku Express quit working after just 4 days. I believe the power adapter is the problem. The white light that indicates it's receiving power wasn't lit. I used a circuit tester to confirm the wall outlet had power - it did. Then I removed the adapter and plugged the USB cable into a powered port - the light came on. Sure sounds like the adapter failed. I'll exchange it in hopes this was a fluke. I'm giving it two stars because when it worked, it worked great. If the replacement holds for several weeks I'll bump up my rating. P.S. Some people are claiming that Roku has started to charge a registration fee or a fee for customers with multiple Roku devices. It's not true.

In an attempt to save some funding on my cable bills, I ordered Roku and took out my box I was paying for monthly. After attempting to set it up, I just decided that I watched so little in the way of TV, that I really didn't need it to take up time. I returned it, but lines were long at Sam's so it could be returned. Need to give up TV and focus on really what is imiportant.

Very disappointed. I was charged an extra $59 to Register the device. Such practices are unscrupulous and unprofessional. If it had not been for my long history of great service from Sam’s I would have been very angry with you. However I have chosen to vent my disappointment directly ar Rocky. Please stop carrying products from this company, as you may loose loyal customers that not as understanding as I have been.
