Bought 6 months ago. Not used very frequently. Charged this week and backlit display Wii not turn off so the battery is continually draining. Charged to 13.1 bolts a couple of days ago. Today, with no use, it's down to 12.3 volts. Why have a portable jumper if it has to be charged weekly?

Bought one for myself. It’s nice to not have to rely on someone else. Unlike the old fashioned jumper cables. This isn’t all over the place. Has a nice, bright light. Can charge 4 cell phones at one time. My fav is the air compressor. You set the psi and it stops automatically. A bit noisy but that’s understandable. Great item. Loved it so much the next day we got our son one.

Inherited this guy from my dad. Loved it at first!!! I used it so many times to jump start my Challenger, as it only gets driven in good weather. Used it to jump my brother's camper. Used it to air up a tire on a pickup truck. I remember him telling me when he got it that he had to charge it after every use and at least once a month. Of course, the first time I forgot, it ruined it. Left it charging overnight, turned it on and it started beeping that the battery didn't have enough power. Had so much going on dealing with probate and, you know. . . life, that making sure it gets charged once a month fell to the back of my mind. I mean, who has space to build a monthly charging habit for a box you might use a few times a year into their routine? Can we get serious for a minute?!?

I purchased this as a gift for my son in college as his car constantly goes dead in winter. Despite taking it in for multiple repairs the problem still persists. This literally just arrived TODAY and imagine that.. car dead. He left his lights on. Took this bad boy outside and 2 min later the car was up and running. I cannot say for long term use but This gets 5 stars from me today.

I needed my Stanley for an emergency and attempted to use it to charge a simple iPhone by plugging it into the USB charging port. The light will come on for approximately 20-30 seconds and then cut off and no longer charges. I have to continuously keep turning on the USB power button in order for it to charge for seconds at a time. This is ridiculous. This feature is a waste.

Worked great for maybe 2 years and then the tire pressure gauge started malfunctioning which ended the use of the tire inflator. That’s the only thing I used this for and used it regularly. Next time I’ll just get an inexpensive tire inflator since I suspect most are made to last no more than a cpl years these days

I bought this 9 months ago and it worked okay, started whatever I needed at first but seemed underpowered. Now the battery is going bad won't jump start anything but maybe a mower. Air compressor is commonly going out in these. There is no cord for charging, you have to use a drop cord. I just expected it to last longer.

Upon purchase, charged per instructions. Used as air compressor first. If you need to top off a small tire it takes forever because pump operates on a curve. set pressure to 50lbs and it pumped right up, but of course you have to watch it. Actually bought this to jump a small 30 HP tractor and pickup that sit too frequently unused. verified unit was fully charged the night before. Tried the tractor first, unit couldn't even turn it over. Tried the truck next, same thing. Had to use my pickup to do the job. Waste of time and money.

I've just purchased this item a few days ago. After charging this unit about 40 hours to get a full charge. I used the Stanley Fatmax today to add air in 4 tires that had about 28 psi air in the tires .Added air until all tires had 36 psi. Then the unit shut off No charge bars left on the unit. WOW! After 40 hours charging the unit the charge did Not last long. Why did they make a product that take a long time to charge just to use it one time and the need to recharge? May consider returning back to the store.

Mine unit worked well for the first 6-8 months, but gradually deteriorated. I tended to keep it charged as advised. The last time I tried to charge it, it took over 24 hours and never fully charged. Then, when I tried to use it, it immediately started smoking so I immediately turned it off. How does one dispose of this unit. Are the batteries recyclable or replaceable? One subpar product damages the image of the entire brand... I wish I had my $ back--or a suitable replacement.
