Bought one of these and the compressor died after 45 days. Returned it and got a second one on an exchange and the compressor died on that one 8 months later

I used a previous Stanley battery pack to power a 12 volt portable fan at my off grid cabin. Worked great, when I bought this one I assumed it had a 12 volt plug in. Greatly disappointed.

Had two of these. Compressor stopped working in one and the pressure sensor in the other rendering the compressor useless. Bought mine for $50 each a few years ago. Definitely not worth $89. Hey Fed, 8% inflation huh?

I used the pump on a couple tires requiring 80lbs pressure. Pumped the first tire and on the second tire, it failed. Compressor is only good for low pressure tires (30-45lbs). States 120lbs but it failed on 2nd tire requiring 80lbs.

Bought this 2 years ago. I only used it 6 times and the thing keeps beeping and the light on the front goes on all day long! Doesn't keep a charge. Not satisfied

I've bought Stanley products for years, always keeping they at the top of my list for "goto quality products". But this time, I am serierly disappointed! Because of my field of work, people are always asking me about what brands I use and what's reliable. Being that this product has Stanley in big bold letters, It's not hard to see who makes it. Regrettably, it's failed from the start..even when bragging to a customer about my "newest toy", it failed. It's never fun trying to explain to someone what happen when you don't know yourself. It's humiliating. I bought it less than 6 months ago and after several attempts to reconcile, hoping they were isolated events (air pump failing, battery charger charging way to slowly or not at all) they wasn't. I had no choice to buy this product from a different manufacturer. I tried looking here on the site for a place to register this product and follow up on the warranty, but I have no luck. Stanley, you've really let me down on this one.

I may have gotten a defective product but this is not a product you will use offten. When i did need to use it it qas never charged although i had charged it. This product has an on off switch but even in the off position it remained on. I believe that is why it could never keep a charge. By the time i discovered it was defective the warranty had expired. $90 down the drain.

At first glance I was pleased. Multiple USB ports, decent jump cables, compressor hose was a little short and the box itself had some weight. First use I was very impressed but after the first charge I only get one chance to jump a vechicle before its completely drained. I used to be a fan of Fat Max tools as well but if this is the direction Stanley is going, then I'll go in a different direction as well. Go back to what you were doing in the 80's, it worked
