I bought the more expensive stanley I have had 3 of them for the last 15 years they all worked very good. This one I bought recently for my 79 yr. old companion it only worked for a couple months, now it does not finish blowing up a tire it looses power.......so I recommend not to buy this model. I am going to try to return this lousy air compressor. The problem lies within the battery, bad battery. Even is I put it on a full charge it doesn't work. I am going to make a big effort on having the company replace this item.

I used to have a similar power station before also from Stanley brand but the air compressor stop workig (it lasted about 5 years, I can't complain ) but this one auto stop feature on the compressor is very useful. Have used it very often and it's working as it should! ;)

I’ve had one of these air compressor/jumper/chargers for years now. We liked it so much we bought one for each of our vehicles and then gave each of our family members one for Christmas the same year. The only one we’ve had to replace during that time was damaged during an accident. All of the others are still going strong. They come in very handy for refilling tires when they’re low and for jumping off a vehicle when the battery dies. We’ve also used them to charge phones and other devices while camping and when the power at home goes out. The only thing I would consider a negative is the weight. It’s a little on the heavy side, and is slightly cumbersome. However, it fits just fine in the trunk. We also purchased short electrical cords to aid with recharging it, which was a huge help. They usually go on sale each year which makes it a better buy. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it during that time.

A little heavy, but understandably so. This give great piece-of-mind and stays charged for months. I've used it both for filling up flat tires as well as jump starting cars, and have not been disappointed. I have purchased 2 additional ones as gifts.

My father was struggling to jump the battery of an old car that was in an inconvenient position to jumpstart. Our friend drove by and said he could help. He pulled out his Fatmax and jumpstarted the car in 3 minutes! He said he uses it for kids when they take long trips and they can plug all their devices into it. He also is a water skier and it blows up buoys with the air compressor. Awesome product. Heavy duty

REALLY! A very expensive battery with a compressor and they don't include a cable to connect it to the wall outlet to charge. Expect to pay an extra $10 - 15 for an single outlet cord to be able to charge it. I trusted the Stanley brand, but after I opened the box and look at the instructions I discovered they DON'T provide an electric cord to connect the "Built-in Charging Cube" to an electrical outlet. Your regular home multi outlet extension cord won't work. So be prepare to go to a "home improvement center" and buy one with a single outlet. What is really irritating is their deceiving advertising on the box. The box states "BUILT-IN CHARGING CUBE" giving the impression you can connect it directly to an outlet without anything else. The though is, it is a self contained unit. Great, WRONG. To say I am disappointed with Stanley is an understatement. I WILL NOT BUY ANY MORE STANLEY PRODUCTS.

This device is great. When ever my tires need air I can inflate them my self. I have lone it to others to boost their car batteries. One charge of this device and it last for months without a recharge. I bought one for myself years ago. It has done everything it was designed to do. This new one was for my daughter.

Cords are short. Unit is heavy. Takes awhile to inflate an auto tire but does the trick. Loved the way it shows the amount of air in the tire. Was also able to remove my old charging cables from my vehicle. Has a light so don't have to worry if it's dark outside with this unit.

I'm Female and my dad was a mechanic their was 6 girls and 1boy in our family. My dad "ALWAYS TOLD THE GIRLS KNOW YOUR CAR " So my battery die in my vehicle but Thank God I was home my brother in-law was home he has the Stanley Fatmax 1000 Peak Amp Power Station. So I order one for mine self I'm 65 yrs old yup Female and we never know when our car get a flat or battery die. I suggest everyone get it 100% I'm going order another one for my daughter jeep as well its so easy to use.

I bought 2 of these one for my SUV and one for my Wife's Crossover and they have already saved the day. My wife was out shopping while I was out of town and her vehicle would not start. She called me and I walked her through how to use this unit to jump-start her car and it worked flawlessly. I have lots of Stanley tools but this one is one of my favorites,
