Flat battery. Taxi driver took out his Fat max 2 secs started my car no jumper cables. So l ordered fat max from Sams Club Sunrise on line. Nextday .staff called me so l went to pick-up. As easy as that.Great Great Service and Great staff at Sams club Sunrise sawgrass .Many thanks

Well, seems like a handy dandy device once u get it charged up but they dont tell u to be sure and buy an extension cord or 2 with it which u will need to do after u buy it since it IS required in order to charge. The plug prongs r flush so u must attach a cord onto it which in itself is somewhat difficult with cover in the way . I guess u dont ever have to worry about loosing the cord/plug or getting it tangled in motor . So aside from this i think it will be great .

I purchased this at on sale at Sam's Club. I like the that it serves several purposes in a fairly small package. It is short enough to stay flat and not turn over when jump starting a vehicle (other more expensive models are top heavy when setting them under you hood. After having both inflators and jump starters that didn't last but 6 months to a year so this was a no brainer! I personally like that it doesn't have a power cord that is always in the way, just charge it with a standard extension cord. The light is bright and the power is adequate for V8s etc. The inflator works without additional power. Very pleased!!!!

Charged as instructed. Used to pump up 4 tires that were 5# low. Shut itself down after the last tire and wouldn’t work again for anything. Returned - disappointed since a previous one I bought at Sam’s many years ago worked so well until the battery wouldn’t hold a charge any more.

I bought this to see if I could save a truck battery that sat idle all winter. It took just 3 hours for it to start the truck. I had tried to jump with 2 cars and not even a click from the battery. The compressor is even more impressive. I hooked it up and in a matter of 6 minutes a completely flat tire was pumped up to 32 lbs. I am a woman who has never jumped my own car and can just barely manage putting air in tire at Kroger. I was surprised how easy this was to use from out of the box. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU TRY TO USE..............it will save you many headaches.

Really awesome! Disregard other people's "complaints" that there's "no charging" cord that comes with it! The 3 prong plug is right there up front, on the left, use an extension cord. Simple! I grabbed this because I grew tired of air pumps charging $1.00 and higher to use and they often quit (and it's another buck in) or worse unreliable! This one here comes pre-set and you can set it. Now my tires are all happy and inflated! I did use the Alternator check to make sure it was running good and it is (I would guess another 2-3 years life left). I did have to jump start my neighbor's riding lawnmower, just configure it and go! I'm GLAD I got this instead of investing in a jumper cable (My old ones were commercial quality and they were nearly 50+ years old and just fell into rot and decay.) If you use it, you should remember to recharge it! If you really, really used it (such as I did, inflate all 4 of my tires, my spare, my family member's 4 tires too), you should charge it immediately. For a full charge (after nearly draining the battery down to very low) - it took about 4 hours to charge up!

I'm glad I bought this charging unit. I used it after I purchased it to charge my daughter's dead battery. After it was hooked up to the battery and turned on, my daughter turned the key in the ignition and her car started up without any hesitation. It has so many nice features; check your alternator, an air compressor and even a light if you're in the dark. I highly recommend it.

I received a defective unit from this seller. the Stanley FatMax 1000 was completely dead when delivered and would not even take a charge. Returned item.

The power kit 1000Ais awesome but I didn't get the right one i got 1200 I'm not happy that's not what I paid for. Y'all aren't going to do anything I've talk to 2 guys an promise they would big joke.

I bought the unit new and it died while inflating the 2nd tire. The tires were only 35 PSI so it should have been easy. It started sputtering and grinding and no longer produced air. I took it back the next day. Would not recommend!
