I brought this and was happy until i wasn't. I brought 11/23 and in 12/24 the compressor stop working. I hear the motor but no air is coming out. I put a basketball needle it and still nothing.

Product is piece junk doesn't pump tires and doesn't jump car even after charging it. Stanley should be ashamed of them selves and not rip consumer's off

Worked good for about one year. Two years later air compressor no longer works. Crank pin keeps falling out. Does not hold full charge. No manual on line.

I got this thing and it has never ever worked. I charged it as instructed then went to use it and it wouldn’t do anything. But of course this wasn’t until a few months after I got it so I couldn’t return it. So I just left it near the door with plans to take it to the dumpster and it sat there probably a year bc its heavy and i live on the third floor and i procrastinate. And then suddenly one night i hear this LOUD SOUND and BEEPING and i jump out of my skin to go see what it is and i don't find anything. this happens a few weeks later of course in the middle of the night rand i never find anything. finally one night at 3 am i hear the noise and beeping and it continues long enough to find it and its that stupid compressor starting up on its own! omg! so i put it on my balcony to get some sleep and this time it wakes the whole building 🙄🙄🙄

I bought this on sale for $50 in a prior sale and was excited to have it. Awhile after purchase I tried to inflate tires with it and NO dice. Would not even inflate bicycle tires. Compressor ran but NO air into tires. Returned it with help of Sam's great return policy.

This charging station is generally pretty good. The display provides clear information, it is portable and easy to move around, and the USB charging port are a nice touch. My biggest complaint is that it does not ship with a power cord. After you open it up, you will realize that you have to scavenge through you home for a spare power cord or the Fatmax will not work. I have n very purchased a device that did not come with a component that is required to make it work. This product needs to come with a power cord or a large product disclaimer that POWER CORD NOT INCLUDED. Once I found a spare power cord the station is working as expected. Only 3 stars because this is a big miss.

Literally lost my vision for a few hours after pressing the buttons to see how to turn it on just to have a blinding light hit me directly in my eyes. Buttons are poorly marked, barely visible and light is blinding. Keep this away from kids, use with caution.

Out of all the jump-packs I've ever bought and owned, this is by far the most useless. After charging for it's prescribed 40 hour period, only three days after purchase, it can't even jump off a BMW 3 series (less than 900 CCA) battery. I took it upon myself to call Bachus Marketing, the manufacturers of this unit, only to find out it's not a real stanley product, and only licensed by stanley for retail sales. I will be returning this unit for a refund post haste.

I don't recommend this product. I'm very disappointed when I first used the air pump. It took 7 mins just to add 7psi on each tire (4tires almost 30 mins), and after pumping air the battery was reduced by 50%. I'm still not sure about the jump start, I hope it works. Please avoid this product

Don't buy this. Here's why 1) 48+ hours charging to start using required 2) led panel failed on the 2nd day I brought it home, no longer displayed numbers or symbols correctly, you could somewhat makeout what it wanted to say. Terrible quality there already. 3) We tried using the tire inflator, even with the faulty led. Tire was at 25 PSI, needed 30. Followed all instructions. It tried to inflate and then gave a pop and started hissing so I disconnected it. Now I have a tire at 8 PSI that I can't drive anywhere and need to call roadside assistance because this will not inflate anything, not even it's first try. It's going back to Sam's as soon as I can drive
