For the first year owning this product it worked great. I continued to follow the battery care instructions but unfortunately the battery started not to charge.

After less than 1 year the compressor will start and stop on its own for no apparent reason. Not sure why I kept it, but there it is in the garage doing its own thing 2 years later.

Works great initially then the compressor part fails, the jumping cables work but plugged to electricity. A friend has it and said the same happened with him.

Unit will not jumpstart your SUV, even if left on the battery for a long period of time. What I've just learned (after ONSTAR came) is that the unit does not have enough peak amps (need about 1500) to start a fully dead battery.

Waste of money, when needed it was dead. Charged the unit it shows 14.0 volts unplug it and it's dead. Would not recommend anyone buy this product. Caught in a an emergency and needed it and it was useless.

I purchased as a gift. Shortly after the compressor failed leaving her stranded. How embarrassing! I have been a longtime Stanley brand customer. NOT anymore!

I bought this for emergency backup to keep in my vehicle and it's quit charging. It's barely been used, and of course it outside of the "1 year warranty."

I use the compressor the most. I've had 3 of these because they are convenient. But they break as soon as warranty expires. These are considered disposable units by Stanley when you call them so they become door stops.

I always carry this in my old car, sometimes I have problem with the battery. I feel confident that I can start my car without asking for help. I use it to charge my electronics when the power is out.

I need to find the way to exchange this item. Usb connections don’t work anymore and the item flashes on then off randomly while charging. The only feature the item still does is jump start a car. Other than that, nothing else works anymore.
