I’ve replaced my morning drive thru runs with one of these shakes everyday. It keeps me satisfied until lunch. This is a great option for lactose intolerant people who are trying to lose weight . It tastes good too!

My family has been loving this. Our kids run cross country and drink this to help up their protein without getting sick before or after a race. It is not always in stock, and I personally wish it were lactose free, but it is a great product.
