My favorite protein shake ever. Great flavor. My only complaint is Sams rarely has in stalk for shipping. Do better Sams! I pay my membership for the free shipping because i live so far away from a store.

I bought back in September of 2022 weight 210 in December of 2022 I weighted 145 absolutely love this product never felt hungry at all just wish it would be in stock if u find it you better grab it
