But it had a good flavor and it’s not a drink for the snooty foody. Not too sweet and has a light cardboard flavor, but chocolate can sometimes have that flavor. I’d recommend giving it a try.

This nutrition shake is such a rich, creamy consistency that it truly taste more like a milkshake than a protein shake to me! With only 2 grams of sugar, 150 calories, and 30 grams of protein, this shake packs a heavy punch. It has a rich, chocolatey flavor that is very sweet. I love a rich, sweet taste, so this was perfect for me. The creamy consistency would make this perfect for a quick on the go breakfast or even an addition to a nice smoothie. With 8 vitamins and minerals as well, this shake really is a great addition for anyone with a busy schedule. The taste is exquisite, somehow tasting like natural, sweet chocolate rather than the powdery-protein taste that comes with some nutrition shakes. I am not personally a big milk drinker. I am sure that there's a lot of people who will like this.. it just isn't me... I forgot to take a picture of it and threw it away.

I also tried the vanilla one but the chocolate version was soooo good and I could hardly notice the after taste. This actually made me want to give protein shakes another try! 10/10 recommend.

I love to drink one after a hard practice (I am a competitive swimmer) they help my recovery so well. 30g of protein is really helpful when I am in a hurry and need something quick to drink but still want to get protein in! These protein shakes are the best also because they don’t have the grainy texture that you could get from just adding protein powder.
