[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the chance to try fairlife nutrition plan chocolate for free from Influenster and fairlife for my review. The chocolate nutrition shake is so good! The fact that it has 30 grams of protein, 2 grams of sugar and 8 naturally occurring vitamins and minerals makes it even more delicious. Plus it is lactose free too!! Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

It contains the ingredient carrageenan, which scientists have studied and found to cause inflammation, digestive issues, lead to colon damage, colon cancer and worsen conditions like IBD and colitis in animal testing. I wouldn't drink anything with an ingredient such as this. Fairlife should consider removing carrageenan.

I’ve purchased many varieties of high protein style chocolate milks, and they always miss the mark on flavor so my 6 & 8 year olds won’t continue drink! But not this one! I was SHOCKED that this had as much protein as it does with no chalky protein flavor - it literally tastes smooth, rich and chocolatey just like a traditional chocolate milk. My daughters like to drink it plain from the container, and I like to use them as a base for post-workout smoothies, just add a banana, ice, and peanut butter. Overall highly recommend and will repurchase!

We were very excited to find these in our local Sam’s recently! We had previously been purchasing other protein drinks that were not lactose free. They have a great taste, and a ok value for lactose free. The last two weeks, we haven’t been able to find them in stock locally. I’m hoping this will be an item Sam’s continues to carry in the store because I would rather pick it up myself, than pay extra to have it shipped.

Most protein powders I’ve tried provide 20g per scoop so I was pleasantly surprised to find this bottle offering 30g of protein and no added sugar. It’s super convenient for my busy schedule!
