At only 2g of sugar and 150 calories per serving, I felt good about drinking it as a meal replacement. There is no chalky aftertaste and it’s not overly thick or grainy. I did refrigerate this before drinking it. I like that it left me feeling full and not as hungry throughout the day.

They come in chocolate and vanilla and they are delicious! I wish these had been around when I had cancer 10 years ago and my only source of nutrition was protein shakes! These are a great source of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals ( eight of them in total! ) as well as 30g's of quality protein, with only 2g's of sugar and just 150 calories each. A nourishing, and healthy supplement for many different dietary needs. They taste great! The chocolate flavored one was my favorite and actually tasted just like a yummy, tall glass of my favorite chocolate milk powder and fresh milk! The vanilla, same thing mildly flavored and the perfect amount of sweetness. The best part is just the "freshness" of these products. It's accomplished with their process of quick cooling it and keeping it cool, from farm to bottle. It's also specially filtered to concentrate the protein and calcium and filter out most of the sugar. It's hard to exactly describe what FRESH tastes like, but it's there! Fairlife Nutrition drinks are smooth, not chalky or "grainy". They're light and,refreshing so they wont make you feel full or bloated either. They're just straight up healthy and delicious! It tastes a little chalky especially when it’s warmer but the chocolate definitely tastes better than the vanilla. I would be curious to try it again in the future if the brand decides to come out with more adventurous flavors. Otherwise though, it’s pretty good when taken right out of the fridge.

After trying one of these purchased at a local convenience store, he loved the taste of it! Sam's Club offers them in buik at a much lower price. Highly recommend!

This is the best chocolate protein drink!! My teens drink it straight. I like to make iced mochas with it. However, the last 2 cases I bought have been weird tasting. Like a mint flavor or clove. The consistency is the same, but the change is awful. I have emailed the company. They need to return to the original formula. Some other reviews say bad batch. I am hoping that is all, not a permanent change.
