It’s not thick like whey drinks are, it’s quite thin and is does not leave you feeling heavy or bloated. Tastes Just like chocolate milk. Great nutritional content and low amounts of sugar. I will be buying these in the future!

It has richness to it. Sometimes they can be overly sweet too. Great to grab when on the go! I stuck it In the fridge first because I prefer it cold! I definitely will get these again.

I would prefer them refrigerated but still very good warm since they’re shelf stable. The protein amounts are good along with the other nutrients. I’m not terribly well versed in nutrition, but I generally use protein shakes as an on-the-go meal replacement, as I’m sure a lot of folks do, and it definitely hit the spot.

Which is surprising considering how much protein it contains. So taste is a pro and protein content is a pro. I would say the only problem I have with this shake is that it contains hazardous ingredients. Because of that, I'm not sure that I would ever purchase it. But most food items nowadays do contain hazardous ingredients that people don't know about. So if you're not interested in eating organically, then you'll probably love this.
