Creamy and not super “protieny”. I mix these in with coffee (hot and iced) and have them in a pinch.

In my opinion this is the best tasting and most satisfying high protein drink ready made, especially when cold.

I like the product but may stop buying. It’s a Walmart product. But it’s pricier than other brands of same product..
