	•	Carrageenan → inflammatory for many people (gut irritation, bloating)
	•	Cellulose gum   cellulose gel → fillers, not nourishing
	•	Artificial sweeteners:
	•	Sucralose
	•	Acesulfame potassium
	•	Stevia extract
→ can affect gut microbiome, insulin response, and BP regulation in sensitive people
	•	Natural flavors → vague, ultra-processed category
	•	Sodium 230 mg → not ideal with BP meds

Fairlife Nutrition Plan 30g Chocolate is delicious and smooth, with a rich chocolate taste that feels like a treat. It’s not overly sweet and has no chalky aftertaste like some protein shakes. The 30g of protein keeps me full and energized for hours, making it perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout recovery. Definitely one of the best-tasting protein shakes I’ve tried.
