The taste of this Fairlife Protein Shake is sooo much better than the other shakes that I tried. Before I had major back surgery, the doctor put me on a two week liquid diet. I don't think I would have made it (pleasantly) without this shake. I am still using it daily in my quest to lose more weight.

I’ve been trying to find something to help keep my protein intake up that wasn’t gritty or just downright nasty and let me just tell you… there’s very little out there that’s actually good. This however is the holy grail!! It literally is just like drinking chocolate milk without all the added sugar. It’s like a sweet treat that’s actually good for you!! Honestly this stuff was so good that I have a whole fridge stocked of it now!

I think it is one of the better protein drinks I’ve had. It kept me full for a good while, too. I preferred this flavor over the vanilla.

However this is the best tasting protein shake I’ve tasted. It tastes just like chocolate milk without any of the sugar! I decided to try this last week on a day I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t feel up to cooking g breakfast. I reached for my FairLife Nutrition Plan instead and was very pleased with my results. This shake has a whopping 30g of protein to get your body moving and gives you energy that lasts through the day. It has a low amount of sugar which makes it much healthier than other similar drinks out there nowadays and most importantly, it’s from a brand I trust. I loved the rich chocolate flavor and the smooth texture of this drink. It didn’t have a bitter aftertaste but you can definitely tell it’s a protein fueled drink. I am in college so early mornings and long days are inevitable and I am not a morning person so breakfast is rarely an option. I drank this whole bottle on my way to class and I was only just starting to get hungry again around lunch time about 4, maybe 5 hours later. Any other time I've tried a protein drink, I'm starving an hour later. That's a win! In addition, the taste was GOOD! No weird aftertaste or overly thick texture to it and as a chocolate milk lover, I fully approve of the taste. I would happily purchase again and make these a common breakfast "fill-in" to help me through the busy mornings. Definitely would recommend!
