These are great ! Especially if you're like me trying to lose weight, & have kids. Sometimes you don't have time for lunch, or a good protein snack ! This is my goto if I just don't have the time or even if I'm just not in the mood to eat, but I know I need that extra protein to help speed my metabolism! It's not chalky at all & tastes so good. The vanilla is also a favorite. I like to stick them in the freezer for a little bit too. Makes them taste like milkshakes!
