I’m a regular premier protein shake drinker and this one is definitely sweeter and taste more like a treat than a meal replacement. Will be repurchasing for days when I’m craving something sweet but need more protein in my macros.

There is a strong artificial sugar aftertaste. The chocolate taste is ok and not overwhelming. Texture-wise the drink is not too thick to clog up your throat but the taste is not favorable.

I actually really liked this chocolate protein drink! It tastes like a frosty from Wendy's. My daughter, who is a teenager, really liked it also! I think this will be a nice option for my teenage children when they have very busy and active days to keep their energy up. Or if they're running late, they can use this drink as a meal supplement or snack.

The texture is thin compared to other protein shakes and does not have that powder/chalk texture, it is smooth. The chocolate is not over powering. It tastes more like a milk chocolate custard for ice cream. It is also low on calories and sugar. Although, It is low in sugar it is still very much sweet. I put half of it in a glass and added milk, and it still had chocolate flavor.

I have used them as after workout snacks, as well as ice cream bases. But these taste great whenever you want to have a snack. I will definitely buy again!
